<p>One postdoctoral position in theoretical and computational chemistry
  is available in the group of Dr. Feng Wang at the department of chemistry,
  Boston University. 
  The initial appointment will be for a period of one year,
  renewable upon mutual consent. 
  The position will involve research in theoretical chemistry
  with particular emphasis in one or more of the following:</p>
<p>(a) Molecular dynamics study of methane hydrates</p>
<p>(b) Development of an adaptive force-matching method that 
  is capable of systematically generating force fields for systems
  of interest. (Initial applications will concentrate on methane 
  water potentials and hydrogen metal-alloy potentials. The long term 
  goal will be systematically generating high quality force fields 
  for biological systems.)</p>
<p>(c) Extension of the Drude model (Jordan and Wang, 
  Ann. Rev. Phys. Chem., 54, 367) for describing weakly-bound electrons.Interested
